As a Limited Licensed Psychologist in the State of Michigan, Catherine has provided therapy for adolescents and adults since 1990. She works with individuals, couples, and families.
She has a Masters degree in clinical psychology, is trained as a Level II EMDR therapist, Domestic Relations Mediator, Divorce Coach, and Child Specialist in the practice of Collaborative Divorce.
She is a Nationally Certified Psychologist by the North American Association of Masters in Psychology.
She is a member of the Masters Association of Professional Psychologists, the Kalamazoo Counseling Association, the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association, the Collaborative Practice Institute of Michigan, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Catherine aspires to a sense of balance in her life through time with her family and pets, meditating, hiking, bicycling, reading, and writing and performing acoustic music.
Rosie, a black Labrador Retriever, is certified by Therapy Dogs International (TDI) and has been offering pet therapy since 2002. In addition to her private practice experience, she has assisted in hospitals, nursing homes, libraries, and schools. She lends a homelike feel to the office setting, and is always available for petting and hugs. Her unconditional regard and affection is a comfort to many clients.
